Sales Center Completion as First Snow Lands for Holidays
As the end of November approaches, we have been busy finishing our Sales Center Offices at the top of the mountain.

While we received a little snow just before the end of October, our first real snow came last Tuesday, November 22, 2005. Covering the ground with about a foot of powder, the snow signaled a great ski season to come, and helped us kick off the beginning of the holiday season.

On Saturday, November 26th, we had a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony with carolers and great food, at the Lodge of the Ski Resort. With natural as well as man-made snow, the ski slopes are expected to open December 1, 2005.
Village Center Construction on Schedule for June 2006 Debut
We continue to work at a feverish pace on our village center. We are on schedule to begin opening Village Center businesses in June of next year. Watch for details of what you can expect in the village center in an upcoming issue of Breakaway Today.
Phase I Road, Utility and Home Construction
Clearing and grading of the roads in Phase I has been under way for about 3 months. One of our main entrances is now cleared, graded and awaiting the installation of a traffic circle and pavement. Nearly all of the other roads in Phase I are cleared and currently being graded. Installation of utilities is scheduled to begin December 1st.

Finally, our first two homes have broken ground and are currently under construction. A number of more homes are scheduled to start construction this year.
Home Site Sales End and Home Sales begin January 1st
As we approach the end of the year, we are gearing up to bring the sale of Home Sites to an end, and begin selling Home Packages. A half dozen architects have been working for nearly six months to help us design two dozen different homes to go on sale January 1st.

We have been pleased with the pace of lot sales, and certain areas of Phase I are nearly sold out. We are excited about the upcoming shift to the sale of home packages. If you are primarily interested in purchasing a home site, rather than a home at this time, make sure to contact our sales team soon, since after the first of the year home sites will no longer be available.
